Enable Hotkeys
Enable hotkeys on youtube.com
Enable hotkeys on non youtube.com sites Tip Tip - the only time hotkeys are enabled on a non-youtube.com webpage is when a youtube video is embedded in the page. Hotkeys are enabled on the parent page in this scenario so you can can control the video without needing to maintain mouse focus on the video, which is very convenient. However, if you don't want hotkeys to ever work on non-youtube.com sites, you can disable this config option. Alternatively, instead of disabling this option, you should consider just totally disabling the extension on all sites except on youtube.com, as this will save resources and minimize incompatibilities by preventing the extension from running at all on those pages. Do this via: goto the url `chrome://extensions/` and then click the "Details" button, then in the "Site Access" section select "On specific sites" and then enter *`https://.youtube.com/`* and then make another entry for *`https://.youtube-nocookie.com/`*

Seek bar Position Memory
Enable video time position memory? When you click the seek bar, a small marker will temporarily be drawn on the seek bar to show you the position you were at right before you clicked. Helps when you accidentally click the seek bar, and wish to see what time you were at before you accidentally clicked, so you can go back to it.
Same as the time position memory above, but will show the marker as soon as the video starts playing, showing you your last known position of this video. This is intended to help you find the previous position when you accidentally reload the page.
